RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Best Budz CBD Shop. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return, exchange, and refund policies below:
Return Policy
You may return unopened products (or items containing a reasonable amount of unused product) in their original packaging within 60 days of the order date for a refund of the purchase price.

Items must be minimally used and in original packaging to qualify.

Return Processing
To initiate a return:

Contact us via the Contact Us page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

If the item is damaged or defective, we may request photo evidence before issuing an RMA.

For promotional items, all components (free gifts, etc.) must be returned. If not, their value will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

Replacements are issued only for the exact item purchased, unless out of stock.

If an item shows signs of physical damage not related to a defect, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
Exchange Policy
To expedite an exchange:

Place a new order for the desired item.

Provide the new invoice number to the customer service agent managing your return.

Once the returned item is received and verified, a refund (excluding shipping) will be issued for the returned item.
Warranty Information

Disposable CBD Pens: Exchange within 14 days of delivery date.

CBD Vape Kits: Exchange within 90 days of delivery date.
Please report any issues within the above timeframes to qualify for a warranty exchange.
How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Refund

Contact Us: Use our Contact Us page to begin your request. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide further instructions.

Repackage Properly: Include all parts, instructions, and original packaging. Use padded envelopes or boxes(USPS Flat Rate packaging recommended).

Packing List: Include a copy of your original packing slip, and note if you prefer a refund or replacement.

Shipping Label:

Defective items: We will provide a prepaid return label.

Non-defective items: You are responsible for return shipping. Our team will send you the appropriate return address.

Refund Timelines

Once the item is received in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued within 2–5 business days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after initiation.
