TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

By accessing and using Best Budz CBD Shop's website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms may be updated periodically at our discretion. Continued use of our site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

AGE RESTRICTION You must be 21 years of age or older to access and use this website. If you are under 21, you are not permitted to use this site.

ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER All disputes will be resolved individually through binding arbitration administered by JAMS. You agree to waive any rights to participate in a class action or jury trial. Small claims court remains an option if applicable.

SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to process and ship orders within 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery timelines may vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Available Shipping Methods:

Free Shipping (USPS): 5–8 business days (continental US); 7–11 business days (AK/HI)
First Class Package: 3–5 business days once shipped
Priority Mail: 1–3 business days once shipped

Please note: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST on Friday will ship the following business day.

Tracking: Tracking information will be provided within 72 hours of order placement.

RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

If you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer a 60-day return window for unopened or minimally used products in original packaging.

Return Instructions:

Contact us through our info@shopbestbudzcbd.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Repackage items securely with all original components.
Include the packing slip and your preference (refund or replacement).
Use appropriate packaging (e.g., padded envelopes or boxes).

Refunds:

Processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.
Refunds are applied to the original payment method.

Damaged/Defective Items:

Report within 48 hours of delivery.
Submit photos if requested.
A replacement or refund will be issued based on inspection.

Exchanges:

Expedite by placing a new order and requesting a refund on the returned item.

All products sold on this site contain less than 0.3% THC Delta-9 and are compliant with federal regulations.
